An 18th century French Louis XV table from Provence. Made of solid walnut with deep hand-carved apron and thick cabriole legs. Two dovetailed drawers, one on each side, each with iron loop pulls. Shaped top with rounded corners. Beautiful character to the wood with waxed patina. Pegged construction. This table had been restored over time and the drawer runners were repaired. A versatile size and scale for use as a center table, writing desk or small dining table. Circa 1740-1760
